1.) Explain why strategies or strategic more are important in a business.
->Strategic planning is viewed as a process for determining where an organization is over the next year or more typically 3 to 5 years. although some extent their version to 20 years.
2.) Illustrate how information system can give business a competitive advantage.->Strategic planning is viewed as a process for determining where an organization is over the next year or more typically 3 to 5 years. although some extent their version to 20 years.
->Information system provides internal control in business and other organization. At the start of business and other organization, inter-reporting was made manually and only periodically as by product of accounting system and with some additional statistics and give limited and delayed information on performance management.
3.)Identify the basic initiates for gaining a competitive advantage.
->Various Business Analysis Techniques can be used in strategic planning, including SWOT Analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats) and PEST Analysis (Political, Economic, Social and Technological) or STEER Analysis (Sociocultural, Technological, Economic, Ecological and Regulatory Factors) and EPISTEL (Environment, Political, Information, Social,Technology, Economic, and Legal).
